 October 12th, 2011, 09:53 AM #1 Newbie   Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 18 Thanks: 0 Functional equation Find all such functions $f$ defined on the set of real numbers and assuming real values that for any real $x,y$ the following equation is satisfied: $f(x+f(x+y))=f(x-y)+f(x)^2$ Could somebody help me solve this problem?
