You mean A = {x | x<30 and x prime}, so A = {2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29}. Just start writing them down: 2/2, 2/3, 2/5, 2/7... 2/29, 3/2, 3/3, 3/5, 3/7 ... 3/29, 5/2, 5/3, ... Any two of the rational numbers can only be equal if the components cancel. Which ones cancel?
