10% of vehicles crossing the international boarder are smuggling goods. If officers search 400 vehicles at random, what is the probability that more than 100 of the vehicles are smuggling?

Average for 400 is 40, standard deviation = (.1x.9x400)^1/2 = 6. So you need to get probability > 10 s.d. above average.
