Log Equation

Hello everyone, I need a little help solving the following equation:

log[2]8 -log[2]x=2

I am not sure if I did this correctly, but this is how I tried working through the equation....

log[2] 8/x = 2

2^2 = 8/x

4 = 8/x

4x = 8

x = 2
