Irrational Numbers

Is this statement TRUE or FALSE.

Explain your answer in set theory please.

This article gives an example of an irrational real number.

The fact that ?2 ? R and ?2 ? Q suffices to show that some irrational numbers are real. It's also true that all irrational numbers are real (by virtue of how irrational numbers are defined).
