Let s be the speed of the plane, h be the speed of the wind, t_1 be the time spent travelling to Bismark (2 hrs) and t_2 be the time spent travelling back to Fargo (5/4 hrs). distance = speed * time, so two equations may be formed: 180 = (s  h) * t_1 and 180 = (s + h ) * t_2. Can you solve it now?
