Well, there is a gray button that says "latex". If you type your equation, and select it, then click that button, it will be written that way.
For fractions, use

to find
Powers are written with ^. your equation is
Code:

For the visualisation, I used the code-button as well.

What do you want to solve on the equation?

I'm so sorry this is becoming like this, it just wants the answer to that problem, so that is the answer, sorry, never seen one like this.

If a few decimal places will suffice, type 3^0.6 into Google.
