 May 30th, 2010, 03:48 PM #1 Newbie   Joined: Jul 2009 Posts: 12 Thanks: 0 Range of function Hey, I'm about to start Trig 2 in summer school and grading through the book and one of the problems I have no idea to solve is: The range of $q(x)$ is $-2 \leq Q(x) \leq 12$ What is the range of $-Q(x)$ So the Out put of Q(x) would have to be: -2 through 12 to the out put of -Q(x) would have to be the opposite 2 through -12 so $2 \leq -Q(x) \leq -12$ Is that above the correct answer or am I thinking of this solution wrong ? Help please
