the equation of a circle

Let A (2, -3) B (3, -2), G is the focus of the triangle ABC 3x-y-8 = 0.

Write the equation of a circle passing through three A, B, C.

Two questions:

1. What is the focus of a triangle?

2. What triangle are you talking about? The equation 3x - y - 8 = 0 describes a straight line.
