What formula should be used here?

A firm recruits trainees. Among twenty applicants who get an offer, five of them live in New York. A supervisor of the firm is to randomly select seven out of the twenty new trainees to work in Chicago as their first task. What is the probability that among the seven new trainees selected, two live in New York if

I. the selection of trainees is WITH replacement

II: the selection of trainees is without replacement

--- I am very confused here. I am thinking this is a combination problem but I don't know how to deal with the replacement part and how do I manage the two trainees who live in new york part?
