How to calculate the number of grandchildren?

A female in a infinite population can produce a total of N offspring in the ratio m males to (1-m) females, if in this population there is a distinguished female which can produce N offspring in the ratio p males to (1-p) females, if the population admits random matting, the question is how to calculate the number of grandchildren of this distinguished female in this random matting population?
