Continuous Uniform Distribution

The scheduled arrival time for a daily flight from Boston to New York is 9:25 am. Historical data show that the arrival time is follows continuous uniform distribution with an early arrival time of 9:15 am and a late arrival time of 9:55 am.

I am having a hard time figuring out how to translate the upper and lower limits of this data set.

there's nothing to translate. The distribution is what it is.

$p_A(t) = \begin{cases}0 &t<9:15am \\\dfrac {1}{40}&9:15am \leq t \leq 9:55am \\0 &9:55am < t \end{cases}$
