a question about properties of multivariate normal distributions

Sorry it's statistics..

Actually I'm looking for the answer for a friend of mine.
She said she has tried for days. but can't solve this. Now she has only today left for this question.. (for an assignment or something)
Sorry I don't think I can provide pictures for "What have you tried?"

Anyway, here is the full paper; the 5th question is what she wants.
