Statistics question

During the school year, the students in the local high school class read an average of 56 books with a standard deviation of 8 books. What percent of the population read less than 40 or more than 72 books?

This question is quite similar to another one that was just posted. Read my answer to that thread, and note that 40 is two standard deviations below the mean while 72 is two standard deviations above. What can you conclude?
