Stats practice question HELP!

Given the following data set, what value is the 15th percentile?

VALUE FREQUENCY
12 - 10
13 - 12
14 - 19
15 - 25
16 - 14
17 - 5

Since $\displaystyle n = 85$, the 15th percentile is the $\displaystyle 85 \times 0.15 \approx 13$th datum, i.e. 13.
