t test & proportions

a drug is being tested on 7 people, the do exercise their recovery time is measured, then they take the drug and do the test again.
the company claim that in 80% of cases the recovery time improves. how do i test this??

you'd do a one sample t-test on the difference between the proportion of the subjects that improved and 80%.
