a drug is being tested on 7 people, the do exercise their recovery time is measured, then they take the drug and do the test again. the company claim that in 80% of cases the recovery time improves. how do i test this?? thank you Last edited by luke123; January 15th, 2016 at 01:57 PM.

you'd do a one sample ttest on the difference between the proportion of the subjects that improved and 80%. http://isites.harvard.edu/fs/docs/ic...t_2__Yves.pdf
