Suppose now I have 100 data, I want to know whether they follow standard Gaussian distribution, how can I do that?

There are a number of tests. The ShapiroWilk test is perhaps the most commonly used for testing normality http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ShapiroWilk_test The opensource stat package R has this test in its basic set of functions
