Let $\pi(i)$ be a permutation of the set $\{1,...,n\}$ with counting metric. I would like to bound from above and below $cos|\sum_{i=1}^{n/2}b_{\pi(i)}-\sum_{i=n/2+1}^nb_{\pi(i)}|$ Thank you.
