I have fitted a sinus function to a set of data and from the plot it seems like a good fit. The observed (calculated) Chisquare value is 30.5 and the expected Chisquare value is 34. Are these Chisquare values enough to say something about the probabilty of my fit describing the data correctly, or do I need something else for that?
