Pediatric data reveal the average child is toilet trained at 26 months, but that there is a 2 month standard deviation from this norm. What percentage of children are toilet trained by 23 months ?

Assuming a normal distribution, you want Pr{ Z < (23  26)/2 } where Z~N(0,1)
