Possible Math Overload?

Hi I'm currently a graduate student in hydrogeology but am trying to accumulate additional graduate credits in math for a second masters. I am trying to plan my next semester of school, but am unsure what might be best. I was hoping that people with a better idea of the subjects could help me determine the best schedule. Here are the two scenarios I'm considering:

Option I.
Numerical Methods I
Stochastic Modeling and Simulation
Vadose Zone Hydrology

Option II.
Nonlinear Dynamics / Chaos Theory I
Stochastic Modeling and Simulation
Vadose Zone Hydrology

Both options sound great to me, but I'm afraid that option II might be a bit of an overload. I have all necessary prereqs for these courses. If you have an opinion that you think might be helpful I would much appreciate it. My primary interests are stochastic models and fluid dynamics.

Thank you
