If you have, then you can move to algebra. P. S before moving to algebra, learning a little bit about complex number may be useful

Don't learn complex number now. You will be introduced to complex number in algebra. Go a head, but get a very good book.

You need a very good grasp of algebra to move to calculus. It looks like you're ready to study algebra, but it will be a while until you can do calc. Don't let the name fool you, complex numbers are very easy.

I would recommend going ahead into algebra, otherwise you may always have doubt if you are ready. You can review any arithmetic (prealgebra) topics as they arise. Get your hands on a good high school algebra textbook, and post here with any questions you have.
