Congruence Class Proof

Hi, I have tried the question as attached. I am not sure if I am correct. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Unreadable everywhere except on a set of measure zero?

OP, if you light the paper evenly at a 45 degree angle on each side and make sure your image is in focus, you will be more likely to get useful advice. But at the very least shine ONE light on it, and make sure it's in focus.
