I've been asked to the find the 6th roots of unity, which I've done. A follow up question asks: Using the results (from the 6th roots of unity), factor into linear factors. (The polynomials are over the field of complex numbers). z^6 1 I'm kinda at a loss as to what the question is asking me. Any help would be appreciated.
