T-groups finitely generated

Let G be a T'-group finitely generated
Let N be the last therm of the derived series of G
Why the factor group G/N is a finitely generated hypoabelian T-group?

ps. G is called T'-group if every subgroup of G is a T-group
G is called T-group if every subnormal subgroup of G is normal
G group hypoabelian i.e. group having a descending (normal) series with abelian factors
